How can I find out about new versions of your drivers?
We use mailing lists to announce new releases when they become available.
Please choose the lists you want to join from our Contact
page.

How do I remove your driver?
Please see the FAQs for your specific driver.

I'm having trouble with a demo version.
Will registering fix it?
No! Demo versions are fully functional except for the time limit. We
want you to be sure the driver is working well for you before you
register. So, if you have trouble, read through the FAQs and then file a
support request if you don't find what you need there.

ABOUT OTHER DEVICES WE MIGHT SUPPORT
How can I find out when you add support for new devices?
To join our new product announcement list, send a blank email (no subject
or body) to product-announce-on@lists.ioxperts.com,
or check our web site occasionally.

When will you support my device?
How quickly we can add support for any given device depends in no particular
order on how easy it is to support, how popular it is, and whether we
have the technical information we need. Our product announcement mailing
list (product-announce-on@lists.ioxperts.com)
will be used to announce support for additional devices.

How can I help get my camera supported?
If your camera is not in our list of supported devices, you can help us work
toward supporting your camera in two ways (in descending order of importance):
1) Contact your camera's manufacturer and ask them to get in touch with
us. We need technical specs and a sample camera or two.
2) Send us the full name of the camera, the manufacturer and the output from running USB Prober to usbstillcams@ioxperts.com.
We appreciate the help.

Do you recommend any particular equipment?
Heck no. We work with lots of manufacturers, and we're not about to play
favorites.
Do you or will you provide a driver
for my DV camcorder?
Apple supplies support for most FireWire DV cameras with the operating
system, so we don't currently see a significant gap to fill. You can find
a list of compatible DV cameras on Apple's site at www.apple.com/imovie/compatibility/camcorder.html.
I really want you to support my device. What can I do?
Well, this really comes down to economics. We have to work first on the
projects with the best potential return on investment. If you can get
your device's manufacturer to fund or partially fund development, that's
the best option. Alternatively, you can fund or partially fund development.
As a start, you can ask your vendor to send us all of the technical specifications
on their device, and a couple of units to test with. We gladly sign non-disclosure
agreements.

ABOUT eSELLERATE, PAYMENTS AND SERIAL NUMBERS
Can I purchase a driver without going through eSellerate?
Not really. If you have some sort of extenuating circumstance, you can
contact us.
Then we'll arrange for payment by some other means and send you a serial
number to register the driver.

I've lost my serial number!
No problem. If you ordered through eSellerate, you can retrieve your
serial number by going to http://store.esellerate.net/support
and entering the e-mail address you used to make the purchase. A history
of all of your eSellerate purchases, including serial numbers, will be
mailed to you.

I've lost my serial number, and I have a new email address.
If you have a new e-mail address since you used eSellerate to purchase one of
our drivers fill out the change of address request
and we will update your e-mail address at eSellerate. Then you will be able to retrieve
your serial numbers.

I need to move my serial number to another computer or device.
Why isn't my serial number valid?
IOXperts serial numbers are tied to the device when the device has a unique hardware
serial number. Otherwise the serial number is tied to the computer you used to register the driver.
If you moved your device to another machine, and the serial number isn't valid
on that machine, the serial number is tied to the computer you registered on.
Be sure to register the driver on the machine you
intend to use.
If you tried to use an identical device (i.e. same model of Wireless card or camera),
and the serial number is invalid, the serial number is tied to the device.
IOXperts will gladly transfer your license to another computer or to a new
device (Camera or Wireless card) if it failed and you bought a replacement.
Fill out a serial number request
along with the Unique ID from the new computer, and some proof of purchase.
The Unique ID is available in the IOXperts Camera Identifier application.
